Procure, Produce, Perform: An International Conference on Affordable Sustainable Housing

This conference offers the opportunity for architects, planners, engineers, housing providers, researchers and students to explore innovative pathways to sustainable affordable housing with researchers from the Sheffield School of Architecture and special guest: Associate Professor John Quale, Director of the Graduate Architecture Program at the University of Virginia and founder of the innovative ecoMOD Project (http://ecomod.virginia.edu/)

Outline Programme:

10.00 – 11.00 Keynote speech by Associate Professor John Quale
11.00 – 12.15 Procure session, chaired by Dr Cristina Cerulli
12.15 – 13.15 Lunch and poster presentations
13.15 – 14.30 Produce session, chaired by Dr Lucy Jones
14.30 – 15.00 Tea and coffee
15.00 – 16.15 Perform session, chaired by Professor Fionn Stevenson
16.15 – 17.00 Plenary discussion on the way forward for affordable sustainable housing
19.00 Conference dinner

Conference registration:

  • Registration fee: £45 for waged (includes conference programme and lunch)
  • £10 for unwaged (includes conference programme and lunch) £20 Optional conference dinner
